This full-time role operates Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm and supports mechanics and the parts team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, entry-level experience with preference for 1+ year in customer service, and basic computer skills.

• Entry level 0 years of experience.
• Prefer minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience.
• Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
• The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone with basic inquiries.
• Learn and assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.
• Learn basic navigation of company Business Systems and E-Portal programs.
• Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.
• Perform basic physical inventory functions under supervision.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
