McGrath Ford in Hiawatha, IA is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join the fast-paced Parts Department. You will help customers select the right parts and ensure accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers by phone and in person, pulling and staging parts orders, coordinating with service and body shop, and maintaining organized inventory. This role offers growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Pull, fill, and stage parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the service and body shop teams to ensure timely parts delivery.
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock management.
• Support the parts team with additional duties as needed.
