Qualifications

• Automotive enthusiasm and willingness to learn about parts and systems.
• High attention to detail with ability to juggle tasks.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Dependable with punctual attendance and reliable work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manufacturers training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts with a friendly, professional approach.
• Share information on related parts, promotions, and trends with customers.
• Handle phone inquiries with price quotes and detailed information.
• Review shop estimates for accuracy in parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock; notify manager of shortages.
• Locate out-of-stock parts and manage urgent orders for customers.
• Process retail transactions, payments, invoicing, and returns.
• Keep front and rear counter areas clean and organized.
