• Collaborate with the service team to fulfill parts orders promptly, ensuring timely vehicle repairs and maintenance


• Maintain accurate documentation of sales, orders, and inventory levels; utilizeMicrosoft Excel for tracking data when necessary


• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication skills and friendly demeanor


• Support dealership marketing efforts by promoting available products and special offers to enhance retail sales

• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and service procedures to assist customers effectively
