Shiloh Valley Equipment Co is seeking a friendly Counter Person to greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right lawn and garden parts.

You will process sales transactions, manage inventory with regular stock checks, answer phone inquiries, provide product knowledge, and keep the counter area clean and organized. Previous experience in agricultural parts is preferred. Motivated individuals with exceptional customer service are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Experience in agricultural or lawn and garden parts is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required; customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in agricultural or lawn and garden parts is preferred. such as John Deere, Meyer, McFarlane, AGI Westfield, Bush Hog
• Knowledge of agricultural or lawn and garden maintenance is beneficial
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills
