Carter Myers Automotive is hiring a Parts Counter Advisor for our Honda dealership in Grubbs Corner, WV. You will assist technicians and customers with parts inquiries and purchases, and help keep the parts department organized and efficient.

We value strong customer service, automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Assist service technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Schedule provided in advance to support work-life balance

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Automotive parts experience preferred
• Honda or import dealership experience is a plus
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Computer proficiency and inventory management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
