Norm Reeves Honda of Vista is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to join our Vista, CA team. This on-site, full-time role supports the Service and Parts departments by assisting technicians, advisors, and customers with parts needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth parts operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts or dealership preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to locate parts using catalogs and systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests and inquiries.
• Identify and locate automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Research part numbers, availability, pricing, and compatibility.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts.
• Assist with special orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding parts availability and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and work area.
