Job summary
Berlin City Kia in Williston, VT is recruiting an Experienced Automotive Parts Counter Advisor to help retail customers, wholesale accounts, and Service Technicians identify, price, and source the correct parts. You will process orders, provide delivery timelines, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience in a dealership environment.
- Working knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and repair terminology.
- Experience using electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems.
- Strong customer service and consultative sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Support Service Technicians by accurately identifying and sourcing parts.
- Use electronic catalogs and dealership systems to research parts, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate estimates, delivery timelines, and order-status updates.
- Pull and verify parts from inventory for order accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
- Maintain clear documentation and follow up on open or backordered parts.
