Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group in Franklin, WI is seeking a part-time Parts Counter person to assist customers and support service operations. Under the supervision of the Parts Manager, you will quote prices, pick and fill stock, and help with part deliveries as needed.

• Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order.

We are in need for a Part-Time Parts Counter person at our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Franklin. Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter person will own the job duties listed below:

• Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

• Follows up on back-ordered parts
