Ewald Automotive Group in Franklin, WI is seeking a Part-Time Parts Counter at our Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. Under the supervision of the Parts Manager, you will handle customer parts needs and order fulfillment.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsabilités

• Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Follows up on back-ordered parts.
• Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
• Deliver parts as needed.
• Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service order.
• Issues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
