Charger Logistics in Romulus, MI, is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage truck and trailer parts, monitor stock levels, and place orders to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with mechanics and service coordinators, enter repair data into the database, help schedule maintenance, arrange parts pickups, and ensure timely service of equipment. Strong communication and a proactive work ethic are essential. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience as Parts clerk or coordinator
• Knowledge of truck parts and equipment
• Heavy vehicle aftermarket and parts background
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Hard worker with a positive attitude
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office

Responsibilities

• Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules
• Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance
• Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due
• Pick up parts from dealerships as needed
• Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop
• Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise
• Other duties as assigned
