Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the shop's inventory and ensure parts availability for technicians.

You will coordinate with shop leadership and the parts team to maintain accurate inventory levels, participate in leadership discussions on metrics, and ensure compliance with guidelines. Training back-up support may be required during off-hours to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in inventory management or related field, or a minimum of one year of parts inventory experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

Job overview:

• Serve as the main expert of Schneider’s inventory management as a Parts Coordinator in Green Bay.
• Maintain the quantity, accuracy and availability of all parts inventory in the shop.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with shop leadership, technicians and the parts team to provide accurate and timely parts inventory.
• Participate as a member of the shop leadership team and advise the Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics.
