THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Coordinator to join our team in Greeley, CO.

This role is essential in managing inventory, sourcing parts, and supporting our service branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, mechanical knowledge, and have experience in natural gas engine and compressor parts. The Parts Coordinator will ensure the timely procurement and distribution of parts to meet operational demands while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

• Perform all duties while using our Vision and Mission Statements and Core Values.
• Assist with inventory preparation and reporting on quarterly inventories.
• Generate and update quotes on parts at current parts pricing
• Take front and back counter parts orders, bill sales and service orders.
• Pick orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Ship and receive orders where required.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Source parts from vendors and branches, process purchase orders.
• Participate in the on call rotation
• Other Duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Detail Oriented for accurate paperwork.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and be prepared to work extended hours when required.
• Minimum 3 years industry experience, but willing to train the right candidate

Preference will be given to applicants who have experience with Waukesha and Caterpillar engines and Recip. compressors.
