Position Parts Coordinator

Description

Parts Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that support the Parts Department's daily operations:

• Process Stock/Daily Freight
• Stock Shelves / General Organization
• Inventory Control
• Field Incoming Customer/Technician Calls
• Will Call Support
• Invoicing/Purchasing/Processing – Both Customer and Vendors
• Order Entry
• Warranty Administration
• Service Order Review
• Filing

STARTING PAY: $24.00-$27.00 / HOUR

Position Requirements

• Successful candidates should possess strong organizational and priority management skills, computer experience, and the ability to efficiently handle a high-volume workload.
• Previous Parts/Warehouse Experience in the Material Handling Field is a plus.
• HS/GED required.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Able to bend, squat, climb, reach and distinguish colors.
• You must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time working on the phone, with computers and hand written papers.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
