Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Parts Clerk MEM to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. The role coordinates with technicians, processes purchases for MEM equipment, and maintains parts inventories.

We require a high school diploma, valid NC driver’s license, basic knowledge of vending equipment, mechanical and some electrical skills, strong math and PC abilities, and proficiency in Excel and Word; SAP and inventory knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid NC Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of basic vending and fountain equipment required.
• Mechanical and some electrical skills required.
• Good math and PC skills required.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
• SAP and inventory knowledge preferred.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be able to obtain company license to operate light vehicles and certification to operate forklift.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with technicians to assure that supplies are on-hand for MEM equipment repairs.
• Disburses requested parts to the appropriate technicians.
• Maintains an inventory of parts received and disbursed.
• Reviews inventory to ensure supplies are recorded in the computer system and are reordered as needed.
• Inspects parts and supplies for good quality and condition.
• Creates purchase order numbers.
• Other duties as assigned.
