Job summary

Western Express is seeking a detail‑oriented Parts Clerk to support daily operations across a busy parts department. You will stock, receive, and inspect truck and trailer parts, distribute items to technicians, and accurately bill parts to repair orders.

The role emphasizes inventory control, timely work order handling, and proactive communication with technicians and vendors. This is a full‑time on‑site position with competitive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Distribute parts to technicians and accurately bill parts to the appropriate repair orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder parts to maintain adequate stock and prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly organized and readily accessible.
• Create, review, and monitor work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and management regarding parts availability and inventory needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
