  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and data entry.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to track orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain the parts storage area to ensure easy access and safety compliance.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and reorder needs to support procurement decisions.

About the Role:

The Parts Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of inventory management and parts distribution within an organization. This position is responsible for accurately processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely availability of parts. The Parts Clerk supports the overall supply chain by tracking parts usage, managing stock levels, and assisting in the procurement process. Ultimately, the Parts Clerk contributes to minimizing downtime and supporting maintenance and production teams by ensuring the right parts are available when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic computer proficiency
