Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking a Parts Cleaner to safely clean, condition, package, and ship burned or milled parts material. The role involves moving materials, operating basic tools, and maintaining safety/quality standards in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include processing orders, loading/unloading, and ensuring accuracy in the system while keeping a clean workspace and following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
• General familiarity with or ability to learn hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to inspect materials for quality and customer requirements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality, operations performance and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Process information in electronic and written form to complete work orders (cleaning, packaging, staging or loading onto pallets, skids, trucks or production tables).
• Ensure warehouse and tools are maintained to promote safety and operational efficiency.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required by policy and management.
• Follow all company safety policies and operation of equipment.
• Monitor orders to arrive and parts to be cleaned, packaged, staged or loaded timely.
• Accurately account for orders in the automated computer system.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Unload material from processing station using crane or forklift or manual handling.
• Finish and prepare parts with grinders, scrapers and other handheld tools.
• Inspect processed material to ensure compliance with work orders and customer requirements.
• Stack and package parts for shipment per customer specs.
• Advise machine operator of errors or required repairs.
• Perform other duties and hours as required.
