Job summary

Prime Machinery Movers LLC in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Associate to keep our warehouse and equipment clean, organized, and ready for inspection, sale, or shipment. You will clean used manufacturing machines, maintain a safe work area, and help ensure orders go out on time.

You will work with service technicians and warehouse staff, document completed work with photos, and follow OSHA guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean used manufacturing machines and equipment thoroughly for inspection, sale, or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Package machinery, parts, and components securely for shipment.
• Prepare, label, and coordinate outbound and inbound shipments.
• Support loading and unloading with warehouse and shipping staff.
• Take photos of cleaned equipment and packaging for records.
• Report damaged, missing, or unsafe equipment to the team.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist staff with general upkeep as needed.
