CMA is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to assist internal technicians and external customers with identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts and accessories. The role requires strong product knowledge and excellent customer service, with accurate order processing using dealership systems.

You will maintain inventory, coordinate special orders, and promote a positive dealership experience. Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of automotive parts experience and familiarity with CDK

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers and technicians with parts needs


• Look up, order, and stock parts accurately


• Maintain inventory and keep the department organized


• Deliver excellent customer service

Preferred:

• 1–2 years of automotive or parts experience


• Experience with dealership systems (CDK, Dealertrack)


• Parts catalog experience (OEM or aftermarket)


• OEM experience (Hyundai or Chrysler preferred)


• Experience in an automotive parts retail or service environment
