Job summary

Volz Auto Group is seeking a parts counter associate to handle transactions, shelve parts, and support both technicians and retail customers. You will help with shipping, receiving, and delivering parts to wholesale shops while answering phones and assisting customers.

The schedule runs Mon-Fri 7:30am-5pm with rotating Saturdays 8am-3:30pm. No prior experience is required, but you should be eager to learn the Ford catalogue, improve in a dynamic environment, and maintain a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn the Ford catalogue.
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions
• Put parts away, shipping & receiving
• Help technicians at the shop counter
• Assist with retail customers
• Deliver parts to outside wholesale repair shops
• Answer phones and Help Customers
• Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm with Rotational Saturdays 8am-3:30pm
