Job summary

BetterCloud is seeking a Body Shop Parts Associate in a role that supports customers and helps the shop run smoothly. You will multitask across parts sourcing, ordering, and collaboration with estimators to determine needed items or assess damage.

The candidate should be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and ideally hold a high school diploma or GED. One year of body shop experience and being dependable and a team player are important.

• 1 year experience in the body shop industry is noted as a requirement.
• Office hours Mon – Fri 8 am – 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Source vehicle parts.
• Order vehicle parts.
• Collaborate with vehicle estimators on needed items or damaged parts.
• Return damaged, unwanted, or unneeded parts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will do:

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Source Parts
• Ordering Vehicle Parts
• Working with the vehicle estimators directly about what is needed or if anything is damaged.
• Returning damaged / unwanted or unneeded parts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Preferred High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 Year Experience working in and around the body shop industry.
• In Office Mon - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• Candidate must be dependable and a team player.
• Ability to learn various body shop operating systems.
• Experience working in and around the body shop industry.
