Responsibilities

Parts Associates provide excellent customer service at the Parts counter. The primary duties will include:

• Assisting customers in identifying and locating RV parts and accessories.
• Providing detailed information and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services.
• Processing parts orders, including special orders and warranty parts.
• Managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
• Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
• Collaborating with the service department to ensure the timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Keeping the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in a parts counter or similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Strong knowledge of RV parts, accessories, and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and other resources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using parts management software and computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
