Optimum RV LLC is seeking a knowledgeable RV Parts Associate in Bushnell, FL to help customers find the right RV parts and accessories. The role includes assisting customers, providing informed recommendations, and processing parts orders with attention to warranty parts and special orders.

You will manage inventory, stock parts, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with the service team to ensure timely availability for repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a parts counter or similar customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of RV parts, accessories, and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and other resources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using parts management software and computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Parts Associates provide excellent customer service at the Parts counter. The primary duties will include:
