Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Parts Associate in Corona, CA. The role involves supporting warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

You will identify parts per customer requirements, prepare shipments for QA, and maintain organized, efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and ability to operate RF scanners are advantageous.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Identifies parts per customer requirements and prepares shipments for QA approval.
• Repetitive lifting/labor Sorting, packaging, staging, Palletizing, scanning, labeling
• Filing of folders of Open and Shipped orders

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Data entry and basic MS Office skills a plus!
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Parts Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
