Job summary

The Parts Authority is hiring Warehouse Associates in New York for a fast-paced distribution environment. You will ensure accurate receipt, stocking, and replenishment of inventory to meet customer needs, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Applicants should have 1–2 years stocking experience and be able to follow directions precisely while thriving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible shifts and overtime availability.
• 1-2 years stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise from vendors and stores and place in proper locations.
• Check off merchandise as received.
• Correct mistakes on inventory counts.
• Assist in pulling parts during busy times.
• Clean up inside/outside the warehouse.
• Work with stock manager to address order problems.
• Resolve stock and storage issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and put them in the proper location on the shelves
• Check off merchandise as received
• Correct mistakes found on the inventory count sheet
• Assist in pulling parts during busy times
• Clean up inside/outside the warehouse
• Work with stock manager to address any problems with orders
• Resolve problems with how the warehouse is stocked
• Miscellaneous projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
