Job summary

Crash Champions in Houston, TX is seeking a Parts Receiving Associate to check in deliveries, match parts to repair orders, and ensure accurate placement on the parts cart.

You will inspect parts for quality, return incorrect items to vendors, and coordinate deliveries with vendors to keep pace with shop workflows. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts, match to repair orders, and ensure parts are on the cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and timeliness.
• Return incorrect parts to vendors promptly.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate status with vendors.
• Coordinate parts invoicing in Crash Champion's estimating platform and make corrections.
