Crash Champions is hiring for a parts associate in Goodyear, AZ. Responsibilities include checking in parts, ensuring correct parts are matched to repair orders, and coordinating invoicing in our estimating platform.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check in parts: match delivered parts to repair orders and ensure all parts are accounted for on the parts cart.
• Inspect delivered parts for quality and damaged items; if parts are not available within two hours, flag and communicate
• Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor and document mismatches
• Monitor deliveries and regularly update parts status with vendors
• Coordinate parts invoicing: post invoices in Crash Champion’s estimating platform and make corrections as needed
