Job summary

Weller Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dispatch team member to support yard and warehouse operations in Grand Rapids, MI. The role includes shelf and yard pulls, packing parts for transit, and using EZ Suite software under standard SOPs.

You will work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork in a family‑oriented, employee‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to outdoor elements year-round.
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and pull 50+ lbs.
• Operate various forklifts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Base hours 8a-5p Monday through Friday.
• Overtime when necessary.

SUMMARY

In performance of respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the

• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shelf pulls
• Yard pulls
• CPU pulls
• Quality Control: washing and inspecting of parts
• Shuttling
• Loading and unloading of delivery trucks and shuttle baskets
• Package parts to protect from damage in transit
• Utilize EZ Suite software for business processes
• Follow company SOP’s
• Inventory audits, organize and categorize parts
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area
• Rotate to all areas within the department
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager
