Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Zero Injury culture.
• Manage the entire parts inventory, including sourcing, purchasing and stocking of parts to support Messer's owned equipment fleet.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality parts at competitive prices.
• Coordinate with service technicians to meet operational needs.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete parts.
• Negotiate pricing and develop sourcing agreements with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency and availability.
• Issue purchase orders and approve corresponding invoices.
• Develop and institute inventory metrics.
• Manage small tool repairs and warranty.
• Manage bulk systems - water barriers, temporary fencing, cones and rails.

We are currently seeking a Parts and Systems Manager to join our team in the Cincinnati office of the Rental Division that is responsible for the health of Messer's owned equipment fleet.
