$36,000 – $120,000+ / Year (Base + Bonuses)

We’re looking for a take-charge leader to run our Parts & Service Department from top to bottom. This is not your typical desk job — it’s a hands-on, high-impact role in one of the busiest motorcycle dealerships in Texas.
If you’re a powerhouse who can manage technicians, control parts inventory, deliver top-tier service, AND build a winning team, we want you.
️ YOUR ROLE:
As our Parts & Service Manager, you’ll oversee everything — from quoting repairs and ordering parts to staffing, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of techs, help hire and train new ones, and manage the parts flow like a pro. Every repair order, every customer call, and every tech in the bay falls under your leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the entire service department and parts counter
Hire, train, and manage motorcycle technicians
Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and returns
Handle warranty, insurance, and retail work orders
Communicate with customers for approvals, updates, and service walk-throughs
Track technician labor hours and ensure high productivity
Monitor department financial performance (labor margins, parts profit, etc.)
Ensure shop safety, cleanliness, and organization
Work with ownership to set goals and hit growth targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years managing a service or parts department (motorcycle or auto)
Experience hiring or managing a technician team
Knowledge of inventory control, parts sourcing, and vendor relations
Familiar with warranty systems, repair labor times, and service processes
Organized, results-driven, and calm under pressure
Motorcycle dealership experience preferred — but automotive is okay too
Strong people skills — you’ll be the face of the back-end

$36K–$120K+ yearly (Base salary + performance-based bonuses)
