Qualifications

• Previous parts advisor experience.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to build successful relationships with customers.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers.
• Answer telephone and greet customers and vendors politely.
• Maintain clean counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team for repairs.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Receive, unpack and store parts for quick access.
• Keep records of goods received and inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns and warranties as needed.
