Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visiting customers promptly.
• Support Parts & Service Advisors in daily tasks.
• Answer incoming calls and help customers as needed.
• Communicate clearly and completely with customers.
• Confirm customer needs and expectations.
• Take care of customer vehicles and tagging/driving as required.
• Use of an iPad and/or phone camera for vehicle documentation may be needed.
• Maintain a professional and pleasant appearance.
• Collaborate with other store departments and locations.
