Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Parts Advisor for our Chantilly, VA dealership. You will handle customer inquiries, stock checks, and parts orders while maintaining a professional counter area. The role supports the service team to secure parts for vehicle repairs and ensures accurate invoicing in ADP.

Qualifications

• Mathematics – calculations of inventory, payments and invoices.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and driving license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.
• Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock, and taking parts orders.
• Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate parts with the Service Team for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts for quick availability.
• Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices.
• Check unit cost and total billing for charges.
• Specifies parts accurately and manage inventory records.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization and process returns as needed.
