L0442 Avondale Nissan in Avondale, AZ is hiring a Parts Advisor to help customers find the right parts and supplies for their vehicles. You will work with our Service Team to keep repairs moving and ensure parts availability, delivering friendly service in person and by phone.

This role welcomes those with at least six months of parts experience, a basic automotive knowledge, and a drive to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Six months of previous parts advisor experience.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership service experience.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience.
• Ability to use technology and inventory management systems.
• Build relationships that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to resource for customers by helping them find the right parts, accessories, and products for their vehicle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and positive experience every time.
• Partner with our Service Team to ensure technicians have the parts they need to keep repairs moving.
• Source and order parts from trusted suppliers to meet customer and service department needs.
• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory so parts are available when needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts department.
• Keep accurate inventory records and help ensure inventory levels through regular counts and tracking.
• Process customer payments and assist with credit authorizations.
• Manage parts returns, warranty claims, and core returns.
• Contribute to a positive team environment where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the top priorities.
