Suburban CDJR of Troy is seeking a Parts Advisor to thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping wholesale and retail customers while maintaining accurate parts inventory. You will assist customers promptly and professionally, ensuring clear communication and efficient service in both retail and service channels.

Responsibilities include inventory control, bin auditing, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, well-organized parts department.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must comply with drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist all customers promptly and professionally including retail and service.
• Maintain parts inventory, stocking shelves, binning new parts and recording locations.
• Deliver parts to technicians and pull orders for counter staff.
• Keep the parts department clean and organized and log deliveries.
