Job summary

Dimmitt Automotive Group in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Parts Advisor to serve as the main contact between the parts department and retail customers for parts and accessories. You will aim to maximize dealership parts sales while ensuring customer satisfaction at the counter.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of Audi/Volkswagen parts counter experience, with CDK knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years previous Audi/Volkswagen parts counter experience.
• CDK experience highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and courteous service to retail customers.
• List and price out parts on counter tickets.
• Provide the necessary information for special orders to the inventory control clerk if a part is not in stock.
• Maintain records of all special order parts and notify the customer who made the order.
• Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.
• Help maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and other technical information and bulletins.
• Cooperate with service and collision center technicians in supplying the parts they need.
