Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a parts advisor to join our growing dealership team in Oak Creek, WI. This role supports our service department, technicians, and customers by sourcing parts, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional service.

You'll use manufacturer catalogs and our DMS system to look up parts, monitor stock, and process orders. We offer training, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth within the Kunes network.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts or customer service preferred.
• Dealership or retail parts exposure preferred.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Professional communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source automotive parts for service and customers.
• Lookup parts using catalogs and DMS software.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with counts.
• Process orders, invoices, returns, and core charges.
• Maintain organized, compliant parts department.
• Coordinate with Service and Sales teams.
• Suggest parts and accessories to customers.
