Brayley Honda Enfield is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to become a Parts Adviser within the dealership network. You will learn to order, sell and manage stock of vehicle parts, working closely with service teams to ensure customers receive the right parts on time.

The programme blends virtual classroom learning with hands-on workplace training at our site and at the Honda Institute in Bracknell, with all training costs covered and strong progression opportunities into long-term roles.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs in English and Maths with a third subject at grade 4/C or above.
• Predicted Scottish National 5 English and Maths may be considered.
• Equivalent qualifications acceptable with forecasted grades.

Aufgaben

• Advising customers on how to solve a problem with their vehicle.
• Taking orders from customers face to face and over the phone.
• Maintaining an ordered stock room and locating parts from stock.
• Raising invoices for parts sold.
• Liaising with other staff members.
• Working with on-site Service Technicians to ensure parts are available.

Ausbildung

GCSE grades 9 – 4 (A – C) in English, Maths & one other subject

Scottish National 5 English and Maths (predicted or achieved)

Equivalent qualifications: BTEC first diplomas & certificates, OCR Nationals, NVQs, Functional Skills Level 2, Core Skills (Scotland)
