Job summary

Clayton Homes in Nashville, NC is seeking a Parts Acquisition Specialist to help pull required service parts and document and process orders. You will maintain inventory controls, take dealer/homeowner orders, review orders with purchasing, and coordinate with dealers, homeowners, and transportation to ensure on-time delivery.

You will also package and ship parts within 7 days and document shipments. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, associate degree or higher; preferred.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers.
• Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of job-related policies.
