Clayton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman in Nashville, NC. You will repair service issues in manufactured housing, respond to calls promptly, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining property appearance and performing preventive care on HVAC and other systems.

The role requires strong handyman skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather.
