Mosites Motorsports is seeking a Parts, Accessories, and Gear Manager to lead our parts department and drive revenue through top-tier customer service and strategic inventory management.

You will oversee a team, collaborate with marketing for promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure availability of the best gear for our powersports customers in the North Versailles area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of powersports parts, accessories, and gear preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory software and POS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Description

Mosites Motorsports is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts, Accessories, and Gear Manager to lead our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring that our customers have access to the best parts, accessories, and gear for their motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, and otherpowersports vehicles. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee inventory management, sales, and customer service while driving revenue growth in our parts and accessories department.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of parts, accessories, and gear, ensuring optimal stock levels and ordering processes.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and providing expert advice on parts and accessories.
• Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals, focusing on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, secure products, and handle warranty issues.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of parts and accessories specialists, ensuring productivity and high morale.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, seasonal sales, and product showcases.
• Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance, and generate regular reports for senior management to highlight areas of improvement and success.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• Knowledge: Preferably knowledge of powersports parts, accessories, and gear; familiarity with OEM and aftermarket products but not necessary.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills; proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with other departments, including service and sales.
