Job summary

INEOS Automotive is seeking a Parts & Accessories Distribution Manager to optimize inventories and logistics for the US PDC, partners, and service networks. You will focus on improving day-to-day operations, forecasting demand, and driving cost efficiencies.

You will collaborate with logistics vendors, field teams, and HQ to ensure high service levels while controlling working capital. The role requires strong analytics, Kaizen mindset, and 7–10+ years in automotive aftersales.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in automotive aftersales or parts logistics.
• Strong background in spare parts operations and inventory management.
• Proven track record of process improvement and Kaizen mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving problems with limited direction.
• Familiarity with customs clearance and export/import processes.
• Experience building or improving tools and systems supporting the business.
• Strong analytical and implementation skills.
• Experience working with 3PLs and warehousing/transport operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage a direct report and travel within the Americas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements for regional P&A operations and daily PDC activities.
• Forecast and stock the distribution center using demand trends, promotions, and data.
• Analyze root causes to improve fill rates, dealer stock, and logistics costs.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize warehousing, cost cutting, and operations.
• Manage US PDC inventory and obsolescence, stocking levels, and parts availability.
• Coordinate customs duties, import processes, and dealer/field inquiries.
• Lead dealer parts claims processes and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Act as liaison between HQ, Americas team, and vendors on cost-saving measures.
• Support technology and system improvements for P&A strategy.
• Provide aftersales subject matter expertise in cross-functional programs.
