Job summary

INEOS Automotive seeks a seasoned Parts & Accessories Distribution Manager to optimize US inventory and logistics at the US Parts Distribution Center, retailers, and service partners. You will drive process improvements, forecast demand, and cut costs while maintaining high service levels across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in automotive aftersales.
• Significant spare parts related business and operational experience.
• Strong process improvement mindset with track record of streamlining operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives that focus on day-to-day operations for the larger regional P&A team.
• Use data analysis to forecast and stock the distribution center with the right parts based on demand and trends.
• Identify root cause opportunities to enhance PDC fill rates, dealer stock order to emergency ratio, logistics costs and performance.
• Work closely with our logistics partner to improve operational efficiencies, including warehousing expansion and cost-cutting measures across logistics.
• Oversee and right size US PDC inventory with appropriate spare parts and stocking levels to minimize obsolescence.
• Handle customs duties and import processes and collaborate with brokers to keep parts moving across the US, Canada and Mexico.
• Facilitate efficient dealer parts claims and returns within proper guidelines.
• Liaise between global HQ, Americas team and vendors to ensure collaboration and cost-saving measures.
• Identify and support technology improvements that aid P&A day-to-day operations.
• Act as aftersales SME in cross-functional programs and ad hoc projects.
