Horizontal Talent is seeking a senior partnerships leader to drive end-to-end deal flow for membership collaborations. You will negotiate with leadership, legal, and partner teams, coordinating across global functions to advance deals and refine strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in strategy, corporate development, or related fields, with strong PM, communication, and negotiation skills in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, partnerships, or brand marketing.
  • Direct experience structuring and negotiating external partnerships or business deals.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Ability to analyze ambiguous problems, build frameworks, and make thoughtful, data-informed recommendations.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Comfort working across a matrixed organization and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

  • Experience evaluating partnerships using both quantitative analysis and strategic insight.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and a strong point of view when solving business challenges.

The pay range for this role is $60 - $96 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
