Job summary

Endeavor seeks a motivated student to analyze its portfolio of partnership offerings and help structure, position, and present them to real prospects. You will research peer practices, draft proposals, and tailor materials to match prospect priorities with Endeavor's offerings and pricing tiers.

Collaborating with the Global Partnerships team and over 45 local offices, you will collect qualitative insights and validate what partners value most, including exploring in-kind partnerships to provide

Requirements

• Undergraduate Junior or Senior, or Graduate student
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, global development, or partnerships
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize research and develop insights
• Ability to build clean, professional presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint
• AI exposure and curiosity, with ability to assess and adopt new technologies, automate tasks, and improve team efficiency through modern tools is a plus
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning across cultures
• Familiarity with Excel or Salesforce is a plus
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization for 2027
