Job summary

Endeavor is seeking an Undergraduate junior intern to support our fundraising and investor outreach efforts in a dynamic, global setting. You will assist entrepreneurs as they raise capital, connect with mentors, and map investor opportunities across 300+ funds.

You’ll gain exposure to venture capital concepts, fundraising strategies, and investment memos while developing strong written and organizational skills in a multilingual, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate junior status.
• Background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology or related field preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital.
• Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts.
• Strong written and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Endeavor Entrepreneurs as they prepare to raise capital from venture capital and growth equity investors.
• Support the Access to Capital program throughout entrepreneurs’ fundraising journeys.
• Connect entrepreneurs with top-tier mentors.
• Map potential investors and curate outreach strategies.
• Identify venture capital funds that may fit supported companies.
• Identify recruitment targets and manage relationship strategy across 300+ funds.
• Educate investors about Endeavor’s mission and investing in emerging and growth markets.
• Profile and segment relevant investors.
• Support entrepreneurs’ fundraising strategies and facilitate strategic introductions.
• Work directly with founders on venture capital fundraising processes.
• Support companies in the Endeavor Catalyst investment pipeline.
• Contribute to investment approval memos and investor outreach notes.
• Create case studies showcasing the impact of Endeavor’s capital support.
• Contribute to strategic projects related to Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio and Paths to Liquidity program.

Requirements

• Undergraduate junior status
• Preferred background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, International Studies, Sociology, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and interest are encouraged to apply
• Strong foundational knowledge of Venture Capital
• Ability to understand and communicate venture capital and financial concepts
• Strong written and organizational skills
• Ability to edit and structure content clearly
• Interest in entrepreneurship or the startup ecosystem
• Comfort working with digital tools and learning platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a multilingual, global, cross-cultural environment
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.; valid U.S. work authorization required for 2027
