As Partnerships Solutions Lead based in Riga, Latvia (open to other EU locations), you will design, deliver and scale integrated solutions for clients and sales teams, overseeing the X Customer Success Management group and ensuring standards across delivery, reporting and partner engagement.

As Partnerships Solutions Lead, you will design, deliver and scale integrated solutions for clients and sales teams, drawing on deep X platform expertise. You will oversee the X Customer Success Management (CSM) group and make sure standards are upheld across solution delivery, reporting and partner engagement.

You will act as a strategic bridge between X, our internal teams, and our global and regional clients. Your work ensures business objectives are met while driving client satisfaction, X platform adoption and revenue growth.
