What You’ll Do

The Partnerships Program Specialist plays a vital role in supporting and executing partnership initiatives to drive growth and value for the organization. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role focuses on coordinating and implementing partnership programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.

The Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for providing accurate information about the company and its services. The specialist is required to keep accurate records of all time spent on calls, as well as customer-related questions or assistance. All phone calls will be recorded.

• 1+ yrs of inside sales experience (strong presence on phone and email with customers)

• Experience working in SaaS or the veterinary space is a plus.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Engage with customers/prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales.
• Leverage various platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, Chili Piper, and more.
• Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day along with sending emails to Veterinarians introducing them to the value of Otto.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Work with multiple internal teams to ensure that the customer experience is seamless.

Schedule & Onsite Requirements

• Full-time, Monday-Friday role (no weekends required).
• No travel required.
• Fully remote position - if Austin-based, you are welcome to work in the office.
• Office is located at 2400 East Cesar Chavez in Austin, TX.
