Job summary

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is seeking a Coordinator, Partnerships Operations for Solve, an MIT initiative. The role supports cross-functional partnerships, donor stewardship, and fundraising operations in a hybrid work setting based in Cambridge, MA.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant coordinating experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• experience working in a CRM to track relationships, pipeline, and reporting
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence for external audiences
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• ability to independently execute operational tasks, solve routine problems, and interpret policies or procedures
• comfortable working across teams, explaining processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration
